It’s about to go down

  • Step into ‘Round 1’ and set the tone for your week. Our Monday class is a high-intensity session packed with boxing-inspired training, conditioning, and plenty of hard work.

  • The ‘Iron Hour’ gives you access to our class ran on a Tuesday. In this class, we focus on cardio and raising our heart rates to the MAX! Expect minimal sparring and a lot of running.

  • In the ‘Sweet Science’ class , you are given access to our weekly Friday class, focusing on the more technical movements in boxing, making sure no bad habits are developed. Expect a lot of repetition and sparring.
